Beef braised in ale with sticky shallots and garlic served with mustard potato gratin and steamed Savoy cabbage
Pan-seared tuna steak with caper butter served with crispy kale and crushed butter beans
Thai eggplant curry with coconut and lemongrass served with jasmine rice and stir-fried broccoli, zucchini and Chinese cabbage
