Greek Stifado - a warming beef stew cooked with red wine, shallots, allspice, and cloves. Served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Dessert: Tarte Tatin - an inverted puff pastry base with buttery, caramelized apples. Pairs well with a good vanilla ice cream.
Pickup is at the Dot 2 Dot Inn, located at 200 S. Washington Avenue in downtown Eatonton, just a short drive from Lake Oconee, Madison, Milledgeville, and Lake Sinclair. We'll be happy to bring your order out to your car when you arrive.
