MENU:
Entree: Italian chicken cassoulet with fennel, cannellini beans, and chorizo sausage served with a side of couscous. A black olive tapenade is inserted under the chicken skin, pan-fried, and then roasted with the fennel, garlic, sausage, rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Dessert: Creme caramel (similar to flan) made the Mexican way although I lessen the sweetness by mixing condensed milk with heavy cream.
Pickup is at the Dot 2 Dot Inn, located at 200 S. Washington Avenue in downtown Eatonton, just a short drive from Lake Oconee, Madison, Milledgeville, and Lake Sinclair. We'll be happy to bring your order out to your car when you arrive.
