Take - Out Dinner - December 11

This Friday enjoy a delicious takeout dinner prepared by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained Chef, Karen Henry-Garrett. Order and pre-pay by Wednesday and pick up on Friday between 4-6 pm. Treat yourself to a different, generously portioned, gourmet meal each week. Just $20 per person- or $15 per person without dessert +Meals tax @ 8% will apply.

Pickup Friday, December 11 (4 - 6 pm)

MENU:

  • Entree: Italian chicken cassoulet with fennel, cannellini beans, and chorizo sausage served with a side of couscous. A black olive tapenade is inserted under the chicken skin, pan-fried, and then roasted with the fennel, garlic, sausage, rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil.

  • Dessert: Creme caramel (similar to flan) made the Mexican way although I lessen the sweetness by mixing condensed milk with heavy cream.


Pickup is at the Dot 2 Dot Inn, located at 200 S. Washington Avenue in downtown Eatonton, just a short drive from Lake Oconee, Madison, Milledgeville, and Lake Sinclair. We'll be happy to bring your order out to your car when you arrive.
