ENTREE: Pork spare ribs marinated in honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, tomato sauce, Chinese 5-spice seasoning, steamed, and then oven-baked.
Served with:
- sweet corn salsa - cilantro, lime, scallions, diced tomatoes, and fresh corn.
- baked new potatoes with garlic and lemon-infused olive oil, salt, and butter with homemade mayonnaise.
DESSERT: Lemon polenta cake with strawberries in red wine and balsamic vinegar reduction.
Pickup is at the Dot 2 Dot Inn, located at 200 S. Washington Avenue in downtown Eatonton, just a short drive from Lake Oconee, Madison, Milledgeville, and Lake Sinclair. We hate to disappoint customers, so please remember to order no later than Wednesday, as we shop and prep to accommodate the number of orders!
