Sunday Brunch
We will be hosting another brunch on Sunday, October 3. Our brunch is offered as a set menu for $30 per person + tax. Sunday brunch will be offered starting at 11:00 am with the last reservation at 2:00 pm. Please call or email to make your reservations before noon on Thursday, September 30.
Brunch Menu:
Fresh thyme and cherry tomato tarte tatin served with arugula salad. The tomato is simmered and cooked with balsamic vinegar, a little sugar, olive oil, garlic, butter, and fresh herbs. Topped with puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Flipped and plated upside-down, with “crust” on the bottom right before serving.
Pan-fried Parmesan Polenta with Sautéed Shrimp. Shrimp sautéed with butter olive oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes, fennel, lemon pepper, and lemon juice. A vegetarian alternative is the same pan-fried Parmesan Polenta served with pesto-roasted vegetables.
Homemade Brioche French Toast. The Brioche bread is made in-house fresh. The French Toast is topped with seasonal fresh fruit, a bit of whipped mascarpone cream, and drizzled with rich, Vermont maple syrup.
